A Shared Story; the artwork of the students is on show December 1st at De Werkplaats in Bilthoven between 15:00hs and 17:30hs. The official opening ceremony starts at 15:30hs.
The opening will start with students presenting their work followed by the visit
to the exhibition and celebration drinks.
Face to Face is an online exchange project between high school students from Bilthoven (NL), New York City (USA)Amsterdam (NL) and Cape Town (SA). During the project, students from De Werkplaats, Bilthoven and New Utrecht High School, New York worked together on a piece of art. This artwork represents and expresses the student’s view on their
common past and their ideas about migration.
Face to face is a new learning approach based on virtual connection between middle and high school students from different countries. This approach is called ‘international peer education’ and consists in simultaneous online workshops between two educational institutions located in different countries and/or continents.
Students explore relevant topics that are globally meaningful, in cooperation with one another stimulating mutual understanding and respect.
